Nobody but you knows the encryption key, not even us

Only you know the encryption key. The key is stored on the computer where the client is installed. When you want to restore online, the management console will ask you the key. So make sure you remember the key.

The encryptionalgorithme we use to encrypt your data is called Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit. This standard, also known as Rijndael, is a block cipher, used by the National Institute of Standards en Technology (NIST) as a standard encryption technique. The United stated government, especially the security services like the NSA, FBI and CIA use this standard since early 2000.
